Responsibilities:


•Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment;


•Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner;


•Manage daily activities, including administrative tasks and maintenance requests;


•Build and maintain positive professional relationships with residents and colleagues.

Qualifications:


•Previous experience in a customer service or property management role;


•Proven communication skills, both written and oral;


•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;


•Previous experience in the property management industry is an asset.
