We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Lynn Lake Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Assume professional responsibilities and comply with clinical practice standards and regional policies and procedures for the coordination and delivery of patient/client/elder care.
- Work within an interprofessional team and function within the provisions of the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM) Standards of Practice.
- Have the authority to make clinical practice decisions and delegate duties to other health care workers as appropriate.
- May be assigned Charge responsibility for a unit(s) and will be expected to assume those responsibilities.

- Current active practicing registration with College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM)
- Current certification from a recognized Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider, or obtain within three (3) months of commencing employment
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) course
- Emergency Practice, Interventions & Care, Canada (EPICC) Foundations Level
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) course
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
- Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale (CTAS) course
- Electrocardiogram (ECG) Rhythm Analysis course
- Emergency Department Information System (EDIS)
- Ability to use clindoc documentation system
- Two (2) years recent experience in applicable department/unit/program
- Working knowledge of Windows based programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet
- Satisfactory employment record required
- Successful candidate subject to provide security checks in accordance with Security Checks for Employment Policy
