Strategic Project Manager

As a Corporate Project Engineer at Bombardier Transportation GmbH, you will play a key role in determining, establishing, and communicating strategic initiatives to the engineering organization. You will work closely with stakeholders and leadership to gather and structure requirements and strategies, develop and align organization goals, and effectively manage communications within the organization at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Create, schedule, and track major engineering strategic initiatives while managing priorities and ensuring they are communicated and harmonized.
- Act as an ambassador of change and inspire stakeholders to adopt the strategic vision in their day-to-day activities.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategic projects progress, community adoption, and satisfaction.
- Prepare and present visibility reports at various governance levels to different layers of the organization.
- Analyze large amounts of data to identify trends allowing efficient decision-making for strategic direction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Communications, or relevant experience and skills that support managing strategic priorities.
- Education and experience in project management (PMP certification is considered an asset).
- Understanding of corporate structure, strategic planning, and vision (Bombardier experience is an asset).
- Professional attitude and superior communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to objectives and responsibilities.
- Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic mind and attention to details, supporting interest for taking over responsibilities.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and enthusiastic.
- Excel in a small, tightly-knit group of professionals.
