Production Manager

Job Summary
The Wonderful Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our production team at our state-of-the-art facility in Yaqara. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our bottled water products.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the production process, including volume, quality, and waste management, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Manage and develop a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to drive efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
- Analyze production results to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Form 6 level education or equivalent.
- Trade Diploma in manufacturing or 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership.
- Extensive experience in bottling or other processing environments.
- Competency in using Lean problem-solving tools.
