Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Dvelop Enterprises. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, establishing work schedules, and performing supervisory duties to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel, motel, or resort.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Perform supervisory duties, including resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and equipment.
This role is based in a rural area and requires the ability to work in a hotel, motel, or resort setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
Language and Work ScheduleThe primary language of work is English, and the work schedule is 30 hours per week.
