In the role of Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Finance team and business stakeholders by enhancing and maintaining financial planning systems. Your efforts will provide clarity into performance metrics, aid in decision-making, and promote process efficiency while ensuring the execution of core FP&A activities such as reporting, planning, and analysis.
We embrace a remote-first work culture, utilizing in-person meetings at our headquarters for strategic collaboration and social engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the upkeep, adjustments, and daily functions of our financial planning system (IBM TM1).
- Act as a liaison between Finance and Data, Analytics & Technology to ensure the effective collection, retrieval, and utilization of financial data for planning and reporting.
- Generate monthly internal financial reports to analyze actuals against budget, forecasts, and previous years, while investigating significant variances.
- Translate financial data into meaningful business insights, identifying variances and trends to provide informed commentary and observations.
- Support overall Finance team goals by engaging in ad-hoc analyses and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in modifying and maintaining planning applications (e.g., Anaplan, OneStream, IBM TM1, Oracle EPM, Workday, Board, Vena).
- Demonstrated proficiency in advanced Excel/VBA and Microsoft tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, SSRS).

Compensation:
