Job Title: Vice President, Information Services and Technology & Chief Information Officer

We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to join our executive team as the Vice President, Information Services and Technology & Chief Information Officer. This role will be responsible for providing strategic oversight and guidance to all technology initiatives and operations within Accoravillage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the IT and enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ongoing development in response to the fast-changing business environment.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, corporate IT program portfolio, and information security program, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and exceeding operational and service level standards.
  • Provide effective oversight of financial and performance data, ensuring prudent oversight to minimize technology costs.
  • Act as the chief steward and innovation channel for team operations, cultivating a high-performance, collaborative environment where contributions are recognized.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree with at least 5-10 years of directly related IT experience, or Bachelor's Degree with at least 10-15 years of directly related IT experience.
  • Proven in-depth knowledge of project management, project controls, procurement, and asset management.
  • Strong organizational skills, with excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Effective management of relationships with diverse stakeholders.
