We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window and Door Installation Expert to join our team at Window Mart in Edmonton and the surrounding area.

As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for safely and effectively removing old windows, loading and unloading materials, and installing vinyl windows, steel doors, and fibreglass doors using hand-tools and portable power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation: Safely and effectively remove old windows, load and unload materials, and install vinyl windows, steel doors, and fibreglass doors.
  • Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex installation issues.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork.
  • Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with others to achieve desired results.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Cleanliness: Safely and effectively clean jobsite and dispose of old materials appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Capable of lifting and carrying minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with windows and door installation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret industry-specific technical documents.
