About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our team at LJB Maintenance Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Disinfection and Sanitation: Disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, and handle and report lost and found items.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
