About the Role

The Catering Driver/Porter is a key member of our catering logistics team, responsible for supporting the successful execution of catering orders and events within and around the GTA. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with the Expeditor to ensure timely and accurate delivery of catering food and beverages
  • Transport and deliver catering supplies, equipment, and food to event locations
  • Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown, including the setup of chairs, tables, and other event equipment
  • Practice safe driving habits and follow company vehicle policies
  • Assist with general day-to-day tasks, including inventory management and equipment maintenance

Requirements

  • Valid G Driver's License
  • Clean driving record
  • Catering experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift 20kg with ease
  • Food Handlers and Smart Serve certifications an asset
