- Relationship Development: Participate in networking and marketing initiatives to demonstrate commitment to clients and the community. Strengthen existing relationships and collaborate with team members to connect clients with beneficial opportunities.
- Business Expansion: Foster relationships within clients' networks to uncover potential referrals. Engage with current and prospective clients to identify growth opportunities and actively participate in community events to enhance the visibility of CIBC and expand market presence.
- Technological Proficiency: Become proficient in our digital banking tools, showcasing mobile applications that empower clients to manage their banking needs effectively.

- You have two to three years of experience in delivering financial advice and achieving sales through consultative interactions.
- You hold current licensing in mutual funds sales, with completion of the Canadian Securities Course or Mutual Funds Course in Canada. A valid Personal Financial Services Advice - Canada certification is advantageous.
- You are a licensed professional in Ontario, having obtained accreditation through the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or the Mutual Funds Course in Canada (IFC), and meet the membership criteria of the CSCC. You have earned the designation of Financial Services Specialist (FSS) from the Canadian Securities Institute.
- Your values guide your professional conduct, embodying trust, teamwork, and accountability.
