Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at COBS Bread. As a Baker, you will be responsible for baking high-quality bread and pastries, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bake bread and pastries to meet production demands
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve baking skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous baking experience, preferably in a commercial bakery environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and production schedules
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 22 kg
