Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Join 2 For 1 Family Pizza as a Food Service Supervisor and be part of a dynamic team that serves delicious food to our customers. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to ensure timely and cost-effective service.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on food service operations and staff performance.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in food service management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
