Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at K Motel Steakhouse & Family Restaurant. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to our high standards.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our management team.
  • Prepare food order summaries for our chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and timely.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that all dishes are presented to our high standards.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-organized and efficient.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and provide valuable insights for our management team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
