About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at Simon's Specialty Foods Skamnia Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our production staff on food safety procedures, company policies, and quality control measures.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, and disciplinary measures to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement measures to improve productivity, product quality, and efficiency in our production processes.
  • Supervision and Coordination: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our production staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Materials Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to support our production needs.
  • Work Environment: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
