Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our quality assurance team at Panago Pizza Store. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take charge of ensuring the highest standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

About the Role:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform purchasing decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring timely and accurate communication of menu items and specials.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays, ensuring presentation meets company standards and exceeds customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Food Service Supervisor or similar role.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week, offering stability and work-life balance.
  • Language of work: English.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
