Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Occasional Clerical Worker. This is a temporary support position that requires flexibility and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and teams
  • Assist with day-to-day operations and tasks
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and files
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Support the creation of a fair and inclusive environment
Requirements
  • Minimum of a 2-year community college diploma in Secretarial/Business Administration
  • Advanced level of proficiency in utilizing software applications in a Windows environment
  • Satisfactory Police Clearance
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to articulate and receive/present ideas effectively
