  • Expertise in high-speed interface evaluation and optimization of electronic packaging.
  • In-depth knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility.
  • Strong understanding of high-frequency components and materials.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and possessing excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience with 2.5D and 3D packaging initiatives is advantageous.
