Restaurant Manager Job Description

RED SWAN PIZZA MOOSE JAW is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management

Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profits. Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation. Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity.

Operations and Logistics

Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and health and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Develop and implement marketing plans to attract and retain customers.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
