Physiotherapist II

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist II to join our Primary Care team in the Upper Skeena region. As a Physiotherapist II, you will work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to develop and implement plans of care for patients in a variety of settings, including physician practices, homes, facilities, and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Provide competent, safe, and ethical care to patients and their families in accordance with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia's professional standards and code of ethics
- Work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to achieve effective outcomes related to patient participation in valued activities
- Develop and implement plans of care that are informed by the patient's personal goals and preferences
- Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC)
- Two (2) years' experience in acute care, long-term care, or community setting preferred
- Valid BC Driver's license where required
