Job Title: Records Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Analyst to join our team at Baby enRoute. As a Records Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, performing data entry, and assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and inventory controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including secondary school graduation certificates and other relevant documents.
  • Perform data entry and assist in the preparation of operating budgets and inventory controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure efficient interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
