About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with a passion for technology and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. Your role will be instrumental in driving the growth of our innovative cloud infrastructure platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our cloud solutions and services.
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results, and gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative with a track record of successfully selling technology or cloud infrastructure-based services.
  • Proactive and experienced in building a robust sales pipeline and enhancing the sales process to drive results.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven by targets, and the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Knowledge of CRM software.
  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in the technology or cloud services sector.
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of OpenStack.
  • BA degree or equivalent is preferred.
