Position Overview:
We are seeking a Process Engineer/Boiler Evaporator Supervisor to join our dedicated team at our Evaporation Plant facility. This facility has a rich history, having been operational since the late 19th century, and it utilizes mechanical evaporation to produce high-purity salt products for diverse applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee small to medium capital projects from inception to execution.
- Formulate strategies to enhance equipment reliability through Reliable Asset Management (RAM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Exhibit strong planning capabilities related to new project initiatives.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies regarding plant operating standards.
- Foster relationships with Maintenance, Boiler Evaporator, and Operations teams to ensure effective project planning and communication.
- Negotiate technical terms with suppliers and contractors while maintaining positive relationships.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or stationary engineering with supervisory experience preferred.
- Approximately 4-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 2 years of project management experience involving cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in food processing or high-speed packaging facilities is advantageous.
- Experience in data analysis and management is a plus.
