At Reliance Comfort Limited Partnership o/a Reliance Home Comfort, we're looking for a skilled Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you'll play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their homes are comfortable and safe.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide exceptional residential plumbing services to our customers, including installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Represent Reliance in a professional and courteous manner, delivering outstanding customer service on every call.
  • Diagnose problems, estimate repair costs, and fix issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Install, maintain, and repair all types of piping systems, fixtures, and equipment used to distribute, supply, or dispose of water or wastewater.
  • Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service, and install equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Provide customers with proper care and maintenance instructions, ensuring they understand the value of our products and services.
  • Explain the benefits of Reliance's products, services, and programs to every customer, promoting our brand.
  • Perform other duties as required by your supervisor or designate.

What We're Looking For:
  • A growth mindset, with a focus on dependability, ambition, and a desire to grow with Reliance.
  • 3+ years of plumbing experience, with a preference for Journeyman or Red Seal Plumbing or 3rd, 4th year apprentices.
  • A valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Physical ability to perform all work required of this position.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to every customer.
  • Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, and mechanics is an asset.
