Overview

KPMG Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join its Oracle Financials team in Montreal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale, complex business transformational projects and programs within Oracle ERP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead functional implementation projects for Oracle Cloud ERP, focusing on Financials modules.
  • Facilitate client workshops to gather and document functional requirements.
  • Analyze gaps in functional requirements and propose technology solutions.
  • Take accountability for client deliverables, leading engagements and teams to successful outcomes.
  • Participate in multiple client service delivery teams to execute on deliverables associated with Oracle Cloud.
  • Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within Oracle product offerings.
  • Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel.
  • Motivate your team and create a culture of inclusion.
  • Supervise and provide performance management for junior staff.
  • Help identify and develop business relationships and new opportunities with existing clients and future prospects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of Oracle ERP experience focused on Financials modules.
  • Minimum three end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
  • Experience as a functional lead with at least three Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle SCM modules from a financials perspective.
  • 4+ years of experience in leading teams and delivering large-scale projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with Oracle Cloud Technology.
  • Proven experience working in a client-facing role with strong relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
