Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities within our target geographies to drive growth and revenue
  • Consistently engage with leads and follow up to grow sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral business
  • Stay up-to-date with local market knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Supervise the closing process to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction experience for clients
  • Manage and curate content for social media platforms to enhance our online presence and engage with potential clients
  • Respond to inquiries and engage with followers on social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, and preparing necessary documentation
Requirements
  • Tech-savvy with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, and committed to professional growth
  • Past sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to reside in or be within commuting distance of Wellington County area
