Job Summary:

At Orangeville Honda, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Valid OMVIC certification is required.
  • Previous automotive sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Valid G driver's license.
  • Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity, work ethic, and attention to detail.
