About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at CSM Infotech Solutions Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to identify their technical requirements and understand their business needs.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • IT Strategy: Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to support business growth.
  • Security Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to minimize potential threats.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to mitigate the effects of security breaches and ensure business continuity.
  • Software Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
