- Team Leadership: Train and supervise staff in financial duties and policies, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of financial equipment and systems, coordinating maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Financial Transactions: Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
- Materials Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
