Campus Destination is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Team Leadership: Train and supervise staff in financial duties and policies, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of financial equipment and systems, coordinating maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Financial Transactions: Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
  • Materials Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
