Senior Operations Manager - Client and Assessment Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our Client and Assessment Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic oversight and operational leadership to ensure the successful delivery of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design, development, and implementation of collaborative projects from end-to-end.
  • Ensure projects are planned and executed in a way that delivers value to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide critical thinking and content development leadership to support project management and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Coach and mentor teams on project management skills and best practices.
  • Assist with leading and enabling teams in the delivery of services to clients.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as Health Sciences, Health Policy, or Business Administration.
  • PMP certification.
  • Clinical experience in a large healthcare organization as a regulated healthcare provider in good standing.
  • Progressive healthcare leadership experience (3+ years).
  • Progressive and varied experience in project management (5-7 years).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and planning skills.
  • Ability to apply the principles of change management.
  • Tried and tested analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including energy and a positive attitude.
