About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Analyst PFMEA to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our quality operations department, you will play a critical role in the development of our products and processes through the FMEA methodology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pilot the PFMEA activities from design to production, ensuring the effective execution of risk reduction activities.
  • Mobilize stakeholders to develop new approaches to mitigate identified risks, with a focus on design modifications.
  • Prioritize risks and provide justification for their resolution.
  • Improve our processes to address new production realities, ensuring their smooth operation.
  • Initiate problem-solving, create control plans, and track PFMEA-related activities.
  • Establish risk tracking processes.
  • Innovate and provide sustainable solutions to develop and standardize PFMEA and tracking practices, positioning BRP as a center of expertise.
Requirements
  • Technical background, Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field/experience.
  • Two to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably.
  • Recognized interpersonal skills, excellent influence abilities.
  • Reputation for rigor, structure, and autonomy.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesizing abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to navigate uncertainty.
