Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, room assignments, and inventory.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Conduct daily audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager and Accounting office to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
- Perform other duties as required to support the hotel's operations.
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent required.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Desk or related role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
