T DOT RENOVATIONS INC. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliability, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Construction Site Supervisor will work outdoors, in a noisy environment, at heights, and in dusty conditions.

Work Setting:

The Construction Site Supervisor will work at various locations, including construction sites, offices, and other related facilities.

Transportation/Travel Information:

The Construction Site Supervisor will require a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.

Personal Suitability:

The successful candidate will possess excellent oral communication, organizational, and reliability skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
