Role Overview: As a Machine Learning Associate, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying algorithms that drive our platform's essential services. The challenges we face are vast and varied, spanning areas such as transportation, economics, forecasting, mapping, personalization, and adaptive control. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Business Partners to implement machine learning solutions that deliver business and user value.
- Conduct data analysis and create proof-of-concept models to investigate and propose machine learning solutions for both new and existing challenges.
- Design and develop statistical, machine learning, or optimization models.
- Write high-quality production code to deploy machine learning models at scale.
- Assess machine learning systems in relation to business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related quantitative fields, or equivalent professional experience.
- A strong passion for creating impactful machine learning models, with expertise in one or more relevant domains.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Golang.
- Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English.
- Solid understanding of machine learning methodologies, including supervised learning, forecasting, recommendation systems, reinforcement learning, and multi-armed bandits.
