Junior Software Developer Job Description

BALANCED+ is seeking a talented Junior Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a Junior Software Developer, you will play a key role in assisting senior IT managers and engineers in delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with senior IT professionals to design and develop software solutions
  2. Conduct thorough requirements gathering and business process analysis
  3. Assess and implement software code changes
  4. Develop and release new software versions
  5. Provide exceptional customer support and troubleshooting services
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

Requirements:

  1. Basic understanding of computer architecture and networking fundamentals
  2. Strong learning attitude and ability to adapt to new technologies
  3. Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  5. Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft.NET development platform and Vuetify front-end framework
  2. Experience with Microsoft SQL and MySQL database queries and procedures
  3. Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, and jQuery
