Currently, they are in search of a Database Management Specialist to enhance their operations in Ottawa-Gatineau. This position entails the design and implementation of databases for diverse projects, refining database structures, overseeing performance metrics, and safeguarding data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, construct, and enhance database frameworks
  • Oversee performance, accessibility, and data security
  • Facilitate database operations and upkeep

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Cloud technologies
  • At least 3 years of experience in database management
  • Proficiency in both relational and NoSQL database systems
  • Familiarity with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
  • Comprehension of microservices architecture and containerization
  • Certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP are advantageous
