Key Responsibilities- Sweep, mop, and clean floors and stairs to maintain a safe and clean environment for our guests and staff.
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt from our hallways and common areas.
- Empty trash cans and waste containers to prevent odors and pests.
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform minor repairs to our heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Advertise job vacancies to attract new talent to our team.
- Conduct safety and security checks to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff.
- Move heavy furniture and equipment to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Perform other routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to maintain a beautiful and welcoming outdoor space.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access to our hotel.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
- Ability to work 35 hours per week with flexibility to work varied shifts.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
