Customer Experience Coordinator

Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. is a leading automotive brand in Canada, committed to providing world-class products and exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze requests for assistance and advise customers and dealers on approval or denial of requests based on current policies and procedures.
- Liaise with Zone offices, dealers, and internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry and time-sensitive projects.
- Assist in decisions related to goodwill cases and identify trends to improve our overall customer experience.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Completion of a secondary school diploma and college diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
