We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Consultant to join our team at Providence Healthcare. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert practice consultation and leading and coordinating professional practice and nursing project activities.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals and deliverables through effective communication and facilitation.
- Supervise staff and communicate with all levels of staff and management to facilitate consensus and promote interprofessional practice.
- Develop sustainable education plans, evaluate outcomes, and act as a resource for staff.
- Implement effective processes to assess project risks, identify risk mitigation strategies, and monitor risk throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish project teams and structures, and develop budget plans that meet project goals and objectives.
- Participate in committees and establish positive working relationships to ensure successful outcomes and cooperation from others.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare discipline, with 7-10 years of recent experience in managing large-scale projects and facilitating consultation processes.
- Current registration with BCCNM.
- Comprehensive knowledge of professional practice and nursing standards, project management principles, and methodologies.
- Ability to utilize initiative, vision, independent thinking, and creative problem-solving to implement project plans and realize project completion.
