About the Role

Morsun Kitchen Cabinets Inc. is seeking a skilled Kitchen Cabinet Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in the installation of our kitchen cabinets and vanities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install interior prefabricated products with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless and professional finish.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive to customer needs and concerns, and by maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure that installations are completed to the highest standard.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products as needed, using a range of hand and power tools.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and effective installation processes.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms as required, ensuring a safe and stable working environment.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant training or certification is an asset.
  • Own transportation is required, as you will be required to travel to various locations.
  • Work Term: Permanent and Work Language: English are required.
  • Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week are typical for this role.
