Food Service Supervisor

At Edson Pizza Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and supervise a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards.
- Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure the financial sustainability of our food service department.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Assembly and Delivery: Supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that they are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
