Food Service Supervisor

Rickys all Day grill and Famoso Pizzeria is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
