Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ultimate Wings Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint.
