En tant que Senior Community Manager, vous rejoindrez une équipe passionnée de gestionnaires de ventes et de relations hautement performants, alors que nous approfondissons nos partenariats avec les restaurateurs les plus stratégiques du Canada.
Vous serez responsable de la gestion et de l'expansion d'un sous-ensemble de ces partenariats et jouerez un rôle clé dans le déploiement de nouveaux partenariats de marque, l'accroissement des marchands existants (vente de nouveaux produits, lancement de nouveaux établissements), en collaborant avec le marketing et en travaillant étroitement avec les équipes produit et d'autres parties prenantes internes essentielles pour offrir une expérience fluide à nos partenaires marchands.
Utilisez des manuels, des outils et des ressources internes pour garantir que les marchands bénéficient d'une expérience de haute qualité sur DoorDash, en travaillant à résoudre tout obstacle et à atteindre l'excellence opérationnelle.
Vous savez comment transformer des défis ou des opportunités très larges en projets concrets avec des étapes et des objectifs clairs, avec un minimum de supervision.
Exigences :
- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de comptes, ventes, développement commercial ou conseil.
- Succès avéré dans le travail au sein d'équipes interfonctionnelles pour élaborer des solutions créatives et efficaces (par exemple, expérience avec SQL).
- Expérience avec des logiciels de CRM (par exemple, Salesforce).
- Bilingue (maîtrise de l'anglais et du français).
