Your Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy, assess the purpose of their visit, assist with check-in, and guide them to their designated areas.
- Occasionally manage a multi-line phone system to answer, screen, and redirect calls while providing necessary information.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, proofreading, transcription, calculations, and invoicing.
- Organize, expedite, and maintain records efficiently.
- Coordinate appointments and keep calendars updated.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Analyze data to respond to inquiries from employees, customers, suppliers, and the public.
- Provide information regarding the company, including the locations of departments, offices, employees, and services offered.
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is necessary.
- Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and effectively communicate with external parties, representing the organization positively.
- Basic understanding of EECOL policies, systems, and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing workflows.
