Registered Practical Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients within the community.
- Utilize your clinical expertise in areas such as wound management, infusion therapy, palliative care, and chronic disease management.
- Provide patient-centered, safe, and holistic nursing care while collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure that the nursing care provided aligns with best practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in community settings.
- Ability to work independently in various community environments.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written (additional languages are an asset).
- A valid Ontario driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Experience in infusion therapy, mental health, palliative care, and wound care is highly desirable.
