Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have a background in accessibility equipment sales and be comfortable with hands-on adjustments for optimal client comfort. You are a trusted advisor who seeks to enhance the lives of clients through effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be entrusted with ensuring the safety and functionality of mobility devices for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with therapists to identify and recommend the most suitable mobility devices for clients, ensuring CB Canada remains the preferred choice in the region.
- Relationship Building: Expand your professional network by fostering connections with therapists, caregivers, manufacturers, and healthcare facilities.
- Mobility and Flexibility: Travel to various facilities and client locations to demonstrate products and provide services, utilizing our extensive inventory of mobility solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: A post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field (business, sales, marketing, etc.). Background in Kinesiology or Health Sciences is advantageous.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in sales is preferred.
- Innovative Mindset: You are a natural problem solver with a knack for finding creative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building trust and rapport.
- Additional Requirements: A valid driver's license with a clean record is necessary. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs is required.
