Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team at GS Granite Outlet Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales teams to duties and tasks
- Authorize returns and exchanges of merchandise
- Establish and manage work schedules
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Organize and maintain inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales teams
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Permanent full-time position
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
