We are seeking a qualified teacher to fill a Long-Term Occasional (LTO) position for a French as a Second Language (FSL) and Library teacher at Msgr. John Pereyma CS.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching FSL and Library to elementary students. The position is for a 0.5 FTE and will run from August 29 to June 27, 2025.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach FSL and Library to elementary students
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning
Requirements:
  • Certification in good standing from the Ontario College of Teachers
  • Intermediate Basic Qualifications
  • French as a Second Language Part 1 Required
  • Library Part 1 Required
