About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pet Groomer to join our team at Dog World Resort & Spa Inc. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and grooming services to our furry clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathe and shampoo animals to ensure their coats are clean and healthy
  • Clip and style animal coats to enhance their appearance
  • Clean and disinfect cages, pens, aquariums, kennels, runs, stalls, and enclosures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
  • Keep accurate records of animals treated to ensure seamless communication with clients and staff
  • Clean animal ears and clip nails to prevent health issues
  • Perform dental cleaning on domestic animals to promote overall health and well-being
Work Environment

As a Pet Groomer at Dog World Resort & Spa Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for animal care. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads, but the rewards of working with our furry friends make it all worthwhile.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in pet grooming or a related field
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
